The app and website
Get VPN is an iOS client for compatible VPN keys and configurations. You add a key, select a server and enable the connection. The Get VPN team maintains the app and this informational website. Contact: refund@getvpnx.app.
A public App Store link has not been published. The website has no payment checkout, takes no payments and does not promise key delivery when you follow a support link. A test build does not imply a public release.
Your key and access
Use a key lawfully obtained from its provider. Duration, limits, price, server availability and updates depend on that provider’s actual terms. Do not share or publish your secret key.
If free access is offered in the app, read the displayed duration and conditions before activation. A separately activated free period is not an automatically purchased paid subscription. Removing and reinstalling the app does not establish eligibility for another free period.
Purchases and renewal
Before payment, check the seller, period, amount, currency, renewal and refund terms on the actual purchase screen. Advertising text alone should not determine the conditions. Contact the relevant seller about a key paid for through a third-party provider.
If Apple billed the purchase, confirmation, renewal and cancellation follow the terms shown by Apple. Restore it with the same Apple Account. Disconnecting VPN or deleting a key or app does not itself cancel renewal. Payments, cancellation and refunds.
Acceptable use
Follow applicable law, the rights of others and network rules. Do not use the service for fraud, attacks, malware distribution, unauthorised access or disruption of networks.
You are responsible for protecting your device and access secrets. Do not enter keys from untrusted sources or send support passwords, payment credentials or your complete configuration.
Availability and limitations
VPN operation depends on your device, operating system, network, route and selected server. Technical interruptions, changes in available servers and local restrictions may occur. Specific speeds, access to every resource and absence of all logs are not guaranteed.
VPN does not provide complete anonymity or protect against every risk, including malicious websites and information you disclose yourself. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Documents and changes
Processing is described in the privacy policy. If an App Store app has no separate custom EULA, the Apple Standard EULA applies. A separate provider’s rules apply to its server and access.
