Connect with a key
Get an HTTPS subscription link in @GetVPN_xbot and copy the entire link. Paste the full link on the Get VPN sign-in screen and tap Sign in to load the configuration. Then choose an available server and tap the power button. Allow iOS to add a VPN configuration if prompted.
Get or buy a key in @GetVPN_xbot. For help, use the separate @vpnhelp_xbot bot. Check the price, seller and terms before payment; this website has no payment checkout and does not promise automatic key delivery.
VPN will not connect
- Check that the internet works without VPN.
- Confirm that your key is valid and access has not expired.
- Update the configuration, try another available server and reconnect.
- Check the in-app error message. Review local records if you enabled diagnostics.
- Contact us if the problem persists. Do not buy access again just to fix a connection error.
What to send support
Include the device model, iOS and app versions, network type, error time and expected result. You may attach a screenshot of the error after hiding personal information.
Do not send your complete key, secret VPN link, account password, card information or other secrets. If further information is needed, we will explain its purpose and how to hide secret values.
Purchases and refunds
For a key paid for through a third-party provider, use the seller’s receipt and contact. For an Apple purchase, first try restoring it under the same account. Do not pay again when a confirmed purchase fails to provide the expected access.

To correct or remove information you have supplied to the Get VPN team, email refund@getvpnx.app. Include the channel and approximate date of the enquiry. Do not send identity documents without an explained need.
