Check who billed you
Check your receipt and purchase screen. A key paid for in a bot, provider website or another channel is handled by the named seller. The Get VPN team can help with the app but cannot cancel someone else’s payment merely because you installed it.
getvpnr.app has no payment form or automatic key delivery. Telegram @vpnhelp_xbot is a support contact. Following this link does not by itself establish a purchase.
If Apple billed the purchase
Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the account that paid. Select a refund request, reason and purchase. Apple reviews requests under its rules and applicable law; approval is not guaranteed.
Apple’s official refund instructions. If the charge is pending or missing, follow Apple’s guidance. Do not send us your Apple password or bank card details.
Cancel Apple renewal
Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the subscription → cancel. Apple’s official instructions. Removing the app or disconnecting VPN does not cancel renewal. Check the timing and conditions shown by Apple.
If access did not appear
For an Apple purchase, try restoring it in the app with the same account. For a key, check the duration and terms with its seller. Do not pay again before the cause is understood.
Email refund@getvpnx.app or contact @vpnhelp_xbot. Include the date, seller, purchase type and error description. Hide unnecessary personal and payment information on receipts. Do not send your complete secret key.
Free and test access
A separate free period is not a paid purchase and has no payment to refund. An Apple Sandbox or TestFlight purchase is a test transaction, not a real charge. Public purchase availability depends on the app release.
