GET VPN / UPDATED October 9, 2026

Privacy policy

How Get VPN handles app information, website requests and support messages. Data enquiries: refund@getvpnx.app.

The project and contact

Get VPN is an iOS app that connects to a VPN server using a compatible key or configuration. This website introduces the app and provides policies and support. The Get VPN project team maintains the project and handles enquiries. Contact: refund@getvpnx.app; Telegram: @vpnhelp_xbot.

This policy covers Get VPN and getvpnr.app. A server operator or key seller may be a separate party; their rules apply to their infrastructure and purchase. Get VPN does not promise complete anonymity or replace your VPN provider’s policies.

Information on your device

The app stores added keys and received VPN configurations, your selected server, connection preferences and language. A key or link may contain a password, token or other access secret. Do not publish it or send it to support in an ordinary message.

Diagnostic records are kept locally when you enable diagnostics and can be viewed or cleared in settings. Some protected Keychain values may remain after app removal under iOS behaviour. If your installed version offers a free-access period, information about its use may be kept to check access already provided.

Connections and network requests

To retrieve or update configurations, the app contacts the subscription server specified by your key. That server technically receives your IP address and request metadata and, depending on the protocol, required client parameters and access identifiers. These are needed to return configurations and check service availability.

When VPN is enabled, traffic passes through the selected server. The server and DNS service process information needed to route traffic and resolve names. Processing and logging depend on the infrastructure operator. This policy does not claim the absence of all infrastructure logs or traffic visibility.

Do not use someone else’s key or an untrusted server. A provider website opened from the app has its own rules.

Website, cookies and support

The getvpnr.app code includes no analytics or advertising scripts, sets no cookies and contains no registration or payment forms. To deliver pages, the webserver processes the IP address, time, requested URL, browser information and request result. Infrastructure logs may be used to maintain and protect the website; this is distinct from behavioural analytics.

When you email us, we receive your sender address, message and attachments. On Telegram, we receive information you submit through that channel. We use it to answer, investigate an issue or handle a data enquiry. Email providers and Telegram process messages under their own policies. Do not send Apple passwords, card details, unnecessary identity documents or a complete secret key.

Notifications and third-party services

If your installed version offers notifications, enabling them is a separate choice. Push delivery may use Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Those services then process delivery tokens, a technical installation identifier and information required for delivery. You can change iOS permission in notification settings.

Access-expiry reminders and received notification history may be stored on the device. Enabling notifications is not permission to share secret VPN keys with advertising services. When processing changes, in-app information and this policy must be updated before new functions are enabled.

Purchases and access providers

This website does not accept payments or request bank card information. If you buy a key from a provider, the identified seller and payment service process the transaction and access delivery under their own documents.

If a particular app version and purchase use Apple In-App Purchase, Apple processes payment and purchase history; the app checks StoreKit access information. Get VPN does not receive your complete card number or Apple Account password. An Apple Sandbox test purchase is not a real payment.

Retention, deletion and requests

On-device information remains while needed by the app and until you remove it using available controls. Removing a key removes its local configuration, not your contract with its provider. Diagnostics are cleared separately. Removing the app does not confirm deletion of external server data, correspondence or purchase history.

We use support correspondence to resolve enquiries, related obligations and disputes, then delete it when no longer necessary. To request access, correction or deletion of information supplied to the project team, email refund@getvpnx.app. We may request minimal information to verify the enquiry, not your password or complete secret key.

Mandatory rights and response periods depend on applicable law. Apple, Telegram, email provider and third-party server information is handled under their procedures. Data deletion instructions.

Policy changes

The update date appears at the top of this page. If functions or processing change materially, we will update the documents and notify users through available in-app or website channels. Questions: refund@getvpnx.app.
